All NCIS tv shows are extremely wonderful because every character works as a faithful team player even though they all have their diffrences. The leadership has always been exactly like I desired while serving on active duty in the US Navy from '77-'81 and their leadership should be considered an example for managers and supervisors to follow. Contrary to popular opinion, the work place should function asa a living body with each person doing their part without allowing prejudisms to surface; without having partiality blind the eyes of leadership; without employees being dishonest in their work; and without hinderance to treating their guests with loving kindness. When workplaces function as a team without coveteousness, the enviroment becomes better and the quality becomes much greater. Sure, characters in all NCIS tv series have their moments, but they end up dorgiving eachother and faithfully do their job as team players. Logic dictates that no two persons are exactly alike, but having our differences shouldn't classify ourselves as being enemies. People like different things and we enjoy doing diffrent things, but that shouldn't mean that we hate eachother. we must love the LORD our God with everything that we are and we must love our neighbors as we love ourselves. We should treat eachother as equals while demonstrating loyalty to our superiors; who in turn refrain from treating us as slaves. When we love eachother as we love ourselves and treat others the way we want to be treated, hate crimes and discrimination will be things of the past. Equality is only achieved by us loving others unconditionally and treating them the way we want to be treated. Neither the governement; nor any Civil Rights laws can make people equal or force us not to discriminate because equality comes from the heart of those who are not puffed up with pride. People on NCIS are different, yet they bond together. I highly praise the producers, writers, directors and acters for a wonderful performance that sets a terrific example for others to follow.
