Honestly, don't get how you could make such a bad film adaption from a game that's celebrated for its cinematic quality, but they did.. It's as if no one making the film had played any of the games and just watched a short YouTube video showcasing the best bits..
Basically they mix the story line of Uncharted 4 (looking for pirate treasure, but not the same one as in the game) & the plane scene from Uncharted 3 (video games) and then make up the rest of the story, while having Drake meet Sully & Chloe Frazer for the first time and attempting to make it as a sort of origin story as to how Nathan Drake becomes who we see in the games. So nothing makes sense..
Drake wasn't as witty/funny as in the games, the humour just felt awkward really..
The only similarity between the game Sully and the one in the film was the name..
It felt like they rushed the story (I get its not easy to put a large game into a 2 hour movie, but they don't really give you any scene explaining who he is or why he's so obsessed with searching for ancient lost treasure etc.)
So yeah, all in all not too great.
Maybe if you've never played the games you won't be as disappointed, but even in that situation, it's not that good as film on it's own.. IMO
