The reason people don't know the story of the NWT is because it was done by committee to suit the beliefs of the Watchtower. The defense of John 1:1 by the Watchtower doesn't align with the grammar rules of Ancient Greek. A look at the history of the editions of the NWT will divulge the changes made to suit their false beliefs. A critical study of the Bible will easily and quickly reveal the false beliefs. Two questions: Why does the Watchtower prevent JW from reading other translations of the Bible? Why, when looking at EVERY Christian on-line Bible study tool(s), you don't find the New World Translation as a reliable translation? This is't about proving "I'm right" and "You're wrong." This is about looking at the Living Word of God as it was written through inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
