Chris “Kit” Butler

First up be warned, this game is severely flawed. But it's Capcom so its fun! The english dubbing in particular is hilarious. The graphics are dark, grim and grimy but some how I like them. To describe gameplay I would say it plays something like GTA meets Yakuza just nowhere near as good. I should add that Urban Reign is a better almost identical game!
