I do watch every night for my local news but vi tiny e to be disappointed by the poor English skills of reporters! Could they learn the difference between a past tense verb and a past participle?? PLEASE?

Sadly, the latest lineup and the writers’ attempts to install humour into the show have fallen flat. The groans after each “joke” are echoed around the country, I’m sure. It really is sad and I’m sure the presenters are just hanging on for the pay. You’re flogging a dead horse!

Surely these kinds of people don’t exist in reality! So happy for those who have tried hard and found the beginnings of a relationship but...........my God! Inès? Sam? Mick? I just hope they are being heavily directed, otherwise, they have no hope!and “Loz”, if you want a swinger or someone who essentially disrespects women, then go to a night club to find one! So many damaged people who are not setting a good example for other young people.......and yes, I’m over 50 and single and happy!
