A very miss-able series. Boat loads of historical inaccuracies, my favourite is in Ep 7 when the civilian pregnant heroine and her band partner saunter into a wartime fighter airfield; how do they manage that? Were the Base RAF Police asleep? Why do the BBC have to embed so many overt PC messages into the plot: “look how bad things were before we invented woke left diversity.” ? Please do not waste more licence fee money on a second series. Better still hand it over to ITV who do this type of period drama much more effectively.
