I was lucky to pick up the book and to thin, I saw it on Mulberry Street. I read the book very carefully. I though it was a delighted story. I found no offense what so ever. I can’t believe because a few people decided to go destroy the legacy of this book and forced for it to be removed is beyond ridiculous. I will read to my grandchildren and I guarantee you they will not find anything offensive, but will let their imagination go with the story. Shame on those who saw this as racist. You have no idea what racist is in my opinion. If you haven’t read it, and get the chance do read it.
