The movie is very well made. It portrays a dark truth that has been suppressed for a long time. The director has successfully conveyed the story of Kashmiri Hindus who were the victims of a terrible genocide and who became refugees in their own land. The incidents shown in the movie are real and the characters were a fusion of real-life characters. Symbolism has been used appropriately to convey the most terrible tragedy after 1947.
