Angus Ritchie

I personally really enjoyed the beginning of this book, I loved the characters and the setting in Las Vegas with the teenage drama etc. Told myself it was going to be a great read towards the end but from that point on it all completely fell apart. As soon as they travel forward in time for the second time, the whole first half of the book becomes irrelevant. The change in scenery is so massive that it could have been a completely new book. The ending is somewhat flat and bleak with all the final events (no spoilers) happening so quickly that the reader just ends up disappointed.
