Its a TV adaptation of a book. Well done well played and well written. To the critics I have only one statement. You were not there. Jack Carr writes from a place few of us ever will or should have to see. The authentic portrait of the visceral side of what we ask of our special operation forces to endure and the piece of there sole that is left behind deserves stories like this. Yes it is fiction but written from a level of the heart and brain most cannot come close to understanding and thankfully never should . Enjoy the fourth of July weekend. Walk outside and soak in the freedoms we enjoy. Give the flag a salute . I have read all the Jack Carr series. ,they continue to escalate in depth and intensity . To Chris Pratt who is bringing this story to life in a honest and compelling fashion my thanks and respect .Amazon i hope you see the audience responce and know that every viewer is going to be anxiously awaiting the continuation of the series. Read the books. Get to understand the man behind them and you will realize the depth and commitment of those we owe ,who served and lived in this place . Hug your family say thanks to a veteran and hope they keep making this series as it will be a wild ride.
