Highly bingeable crime thriller in a made for podcast setting. Both lead actors / creators are very skilled story tellers who crafted a unique blend of creepy, suspenseful plot with obsessive forensic investigation. That combined with mental health issues made the characters more 3D and less predictable. These two writers know how to induce a sort of unsettling mind altered atmosphere that kept this amateur sleuth on his toes. I think it's worthy of a Season 2 to tie it all up, but honestly it's not that hard to figure out the ending. Close all tabs and Enjoy !

I was drawn in by this story and the big names did not disappoint. It pulls at the heart strings and pulls no punches when it comes to it's heavy subject matter, but also manages to get a few laughs in. Both the cast and director honoured these resilient characters with all their scars and imperfections who were all brutally honest and compelling to watch. Kate delivers a sweet and sincere , sensitive yet tough performance in a very awkward situation. She really hit the mark as the troubled daughter of Cox's crime figure ex con father who shows a softer side & also owned this part with his unique ability to command the screen with few words. The kid has something special and I think he has the goods to be a great actor.
