I was so excited for this show. Like literally jumping up and down and counting the hours til it dropped. To say I was disappointed is an understatement, it is so so so different from the books it’s excruciating. The books are my favorite and will forever be my favorite things to read, but this show is something else entirely. It is upsetting to know that many people will watch this show without reading the books, and if they do read the books, not like them because of this show. Not only are the characters different from the books, but they have gotten backstories, scenes, and VERY important and crucial details wrong. This show will never be close to what the books are and I hope anyone reading this will at least try to read the books because I can assure you they are so much better than this show.
