I watched this with an open mind, determined not to compare with Echo in The Canyon, which I did enjoy. If you think of Echo in The Canyon as an amuse-bouche, then Lauren Canyon is an incredible six-course meal that leaves you wanting more, in the very best of ways! Well done, Alison Ellwood.
