Plot holes. The understory with the witch doesn't seem to get resolved. Maybe the poison gets leaked into the ocean when the spear was removed. But was quoted as saying would kill anything in the sea. And the cost to be paid by the captain, everything, doesn't seem to have happened. Maybe with the war ending. Just seems unfinished. Or cut too much to make the runtime
