It was an incredibly intriguing movie with huge psychological impact,the anxiety, the nightmare, the unknown...up until it ended and it turned out a whole bunch of mysterious storylines led nowhere and were added for shock value. No storyline purpose. Pretty bad. The score and the acting carried the movie through, the cast was stellar and the performances were absolutely impeccable. That is the reason for the 3 starts, otherwise I would have given it less. The director himself made it clear that a bunch of storylines were added because they looked nightmarish, no practical purpose. Very lazy writing. Huge potential ruined by these lame decisions
