OK so the first thing you need to know is that the eggs don't need to be refrigerated if they're hot off the press. Like I mean right outta that chicken. Don't wash 'em! Keep 'em all nasty and gross in a basket or some other poverty item, and they'll last like a month or more on the kitchen counter. Just give 'em a nice spit shine right before you're about to crack 'em. I shouldn't need to tell you all this but your incompetence is showing.
