Anemone 21

I was excited waiting for this to be released. But i was disappointed that it didn't meet my expectations. It wasn't all that bad but it wasn't as good as her previous albums. I find it hard to remember the lyrics. Didn't like the melody of some of of the songs. It's like a dish which has a lot of ingredients but is lacking with the umami taste. Plus i was expecting a different sound, not similar from her old albums. Some of the tracks sounds like tracks from Lover and Midnights. I find it hard to relate... 😔 I still love her though. But i guess will have to go back and listen to her old songs.
