John Goodman is a very good actor. This movie sucked though. The writing could have have been done a lot better to make it more interesting and less confusing to the viewers. The aliens changing into spiked shapes did not do justice to the movie. They looked really ridiculous. This movie was a waste of money. Wait till it comes out on dvd of you must watch it.
