As a cat lover ( but I am sure ANY animal lover will love it !!! ) I have found the book delightful . The characters are absolutely fantastic and completely believable. ( I am sure I have similar friends) It's a great feel good story. Highly recommended and I am looking forward to reading the other two titles I have already purchased by the same author .

Collected my order from Waterstones the day it came out in paperback. Yet another FANTASTIC book from this amazing novelist. I have laughed out loud and shed a tear in equal measure... I loved it. I have read all Jo Jo's books and they never disappoint ...hope there is another in the pipeline soon !!

I wouldn't have bought this book for myself but received it as a gift. During the current Corona situation I have got round to reading it. The Stephen Fry quote on the front cover "Painfully funny " says it all... I have both laughed out loud and shed a tear....AMAZING! Highly recommended even if it isn't your normal reading material.

Easy to read and I thoroughly enjoyed it ! Great to have several females in the main roles too. I have passed the book to a friend who also thought it was great . Hope there will be a sequel and would definitely recommend the 1st Case .

Fantastic !! I loved it. Great story and characters I could identify with. ( I am sure I have known some of them or people very similar ) I found myself making excuses to read just one more paragraph instead of doing anything else....always a bench mark in my life for a great book . I loved it and definitely have no hesitation recommending it to others. Worthy of more than 5 stars.
