Blah blah book reader here. I know you heard it all but i do get so sick of them butchering good book series for the sake of more people will be reached if its a tv show. The characters are ruined. Made the 2 main characters more likeable and thus completely unlike books. Took 2 separate series in slightly different timelines and smooshed them together and thought sure this is good... Its not. Dreggs meeting Mal and Alina is so yuck. The world's are too different. Changed small things that are huge things in books. Made it a huge racial political agenda. If you read books I wouldn't watch show. Ill be avoiding season 2 like the plague. I dont know how Leigh Bardugo can be happy with this. But hey shes making money on it so im sure she doesnt care.
