At first I was pretty hooked, but I feel the ball was dropped on so many levels. First of all, the beginning storylines were just completely dropped within like 50 pages, basically never to be picked up again. The “best friend” just disappears. Then RIGHT after the breakup that was supposed to be so hard on her, she’s instantly falling in love with another guy that’s taken. Just not very believable or realistic. It had me reading intently when the back and forth was going on between her and Ridge, but it got to a point where it was just corny and her moving out a LOT earlier would have definitely created a better storyline, and made both of them a lot more likable. Just my 2 cents.
