The wrting is intelligent and highly familiar with the viewers'. The comment "that's my family" will come up a lot as you move through this show. The writers are masters of the flashback. Not confusing. Just be patient, they will tie everything together eventually. Just give it time. They handled controversial topics well. I am an adamant pro-lifer. But the way Kate's abortion was handled was perfect. I'm ok with it. Randall's decision to change therapists from a white woman to a black therapist at first seemed very political. But again, the writers handled even that well, making it unique to Randall. Any negatives? Very few, but the most glaring was Not addressing Kate's obesity. I mean seriously, her major health problem supercedes any attempt to not fat-shame. She's at a major health risk. MAJOR. That level of obesity is nothing to ever ignore and tiptoe around. She's a horrible role model for other obesly fat people!!! Other than that this is one of best stories ever written.

Too political! It's a sports show. Stephen A, the only adult in the room, is why I keep watching. Very disrespectful to their SPORTS audience. Assume that everyone should agree with their left wing politics and when they don't Max and Molly call their viewers stupid. SA saves the show. Laura a much better host than angry Molly, who's often reminding me of Jemele Hill. And we know what thankfully happened to her. A good show but Get Up is more adult.

Yet another movie with no ending- it just stops. This is a trend. Very frustrating for viewers who simply want closure. Not worth investing your time. Time is too precious.
