I consider myself to be an authority on Arthurian legends and myths, having read most of the books about this era. This is grossly wrong in terms of the relationships between Arthur and Merlin and Guinevere. Merlin was a mentor to Arthur not a friend of the same age. Guinevere was not a young black female. Lancelot was not a nobody but a Prince, the son of King Ban. So many anomalies. Couldn’t stand the deviations that were not necessary. After season one my wife and I decided no more. A total disappointment.
