I love the concept of the shiw and the back story is great the only part that saddens me and frustrates me is the lack of reality in the emergency scenarios yes lots of other shows streach the reality factor byt input and advise from an actual paramedic fire fighter could at least keep the show within the bounds of reality. The real stories are the back stories the emergency situations are just the the tinsal so to make them more realistic will not hurt the back stories.
