We saw the magic of amazing casting and chemistry between actors in Normal People. Therefore, I had big expectations for this show based on Normal People, sadly it didn't meet my expectations. 1) I felt like they wanted to act like the actors in Normal People and felt short. 2) The characters lacked insights and I got lost trying to figure out why Frances behaves like she is 12 years old. 3) I didn't feel like Bobby and Frances were childhood friends or more than friends due to their drastically different personalities. Anyway, let's forget about this show and wait for the Normal People sequel in like 5 years. My 💫 are in support of the Author and Director.
