I just want to say that there is a big problem with background checks. Sara Haines, you brought up that mental illness should also be used in deciding who can have a gun.
That would violate the HIPPA law. Basically, providing a person's private health records to the general public. And it would be all the records available. I don't own a gun, and won't get one.
