Potentially the greatest romance tale of all time, and I’ve read a fair few 😉 The character development of Laura mimics a heroic arc you might find in the works’ of the famous Ancient Greek poets; truly sublime. 😮‍💨 Even though the premise is uncannily similar to the plot of the seminal Disney classic, beauty 💋and the beast 👹, this book does something which the former simply cannot. It is a masterpiece, in every sense of the word 👏 *spoiler warning* The ending of this tale literally left me bed-ridden for weeks 😿🛌. I was rendered in to nothing but a vulnerable emo shell of my former self 🖤 Ultimately, nothing I say about this book will do it’s justice greatness, so I will end this by saying one thing: Bing chilling 🍦🍦🍦
