I LOVED this film. I'm a sucker for a feel-good story. And it's so good to see a good gay love story. Oh how I wish I had had a film like this when I was a teenager. I honestly felt like I was the only person that had gay feelings. I grew to hate myself for it and I still carry that baggage with me today. In the 70's, 80's and even the 90's, so many gay people where pushed to the periphery.....like you were on the outside looking in. Never a chance at a "normal" love life. My hope is always in the next generation. I hope they create a society where everyone can have self-worth and happiness.
