I love your show! So don't take this the wring way! It's ruined now. If you want to buy a decent size well under 309sq ft I'm talking about. You know the type that's nice clean , minimalist, open, simple and just a sleeping loft............ guess what they cist mire than a regular house in alit if states! If I wanted to spend $75k if move to the South in any nu beer if states. Mess than 10 years old with a pool and if wanted like 4 bedroom I could get a loan for the other $50-$75k. Now because it's "popular" companies like tumbleweed are selling tiny homes on trailers close to $100k! No more $20k house you can actually affird now and just live life!
