Musical set up was great, the standard was unlike any other musical I have seen before. However vocals need to be improved. Bought the ambassador lounge package but I was appalled. The "savoury nibbles" offered are just chips & popcorn. Don't waste your time coming 1.5h early (as advised) for that. One staff member who served us in the lounge was also not particularly professional. The organization of the event could also use some work. for example, during the intermission, we heard that staff member telling every party that they had 2 mins left to get to their seat (intermission was 5 mins lol) but she deliberately didn't tell it to us. Overall it was fun but I don't think spending £115 was worth it. Would have enjoyed more if I had gotten a cheaper seat at the back.
