This is a "do-not-miss" favorite show of mine, much like 60 minutes. I wish there was enough news that the stories didn't overlap and repeat between these two, but they always do. Admittedly I watch CBS this morning much more that 60 minutes, but I love them both.
I want to comment on today's show 3/8/2020. There was a segment on napping. Everyone in my little company knows that I don't sleep well, and I will usually go back to bed for up to two hours! After waking up anywhere from midnight to 5 am and not being able to go back to sleep, or to sleep well 1/2 of the time when I am able to sleep, it was apparent that I needed some type of intervention. I am still seeking the medical help that I need to correct my breathing issues that develop most every night when I should be sleeping. If anyone reading can recommend anything positive that would be helpful for me living in LA, I'm all about getting this under control.
