Returning the Favor: I was devastated when I saw Mike's FB post today that FB is canceling this incredibly meaningful program! I have laughed and cried and felt moved by Returning the Favor episodes. This program is a source of hope in an increasingly dark world. Considering all the disappointments brought on by Covid 19, the staggering cost of lives lost, jobs lost, families torn apart for hundreds of reasons, the LEAST that FB could do is keep this uplifting program on the air. I feel like big tech is allowed to control too much. Just look at the numbers of people who nominated others for the show. This is the best of America! Given the changes to the show due to Covid (virtual interactions instead of in-person visits) it can't be prohibitively expensive to produce! Why take this source of joy away? FB has just lost me.
