Watching this show. I will go straight to the point. Casting is poor, Varun Dhawan do not look the part, Samantha haven't come out of the last Raj DK show, she is still running with it. She make it worse. Next up -story screenplay, story may be okay but screenplay is poor, they even forgot to take care of cinematography in some places. There is a portion where the Citadel agents chase Baba, Rahi and team, guns fired and in between the chase you can see pedestrians on the footpath just going like that, people are not scared that so many cars are chasing each other shots fired but still no botheration for it, come-on at least check rushes and change things to make it believable!! Raj DK whenever they have used big names they have forgot to make the show tight be it with Farzi and now with Citadel. Okay show to binge but nothing great.

10 mins into the first episode and I want to know who created this? And how come Abhay Deol choose this script? Did he watched the execution? Was he happy? I mean how mushy can it get? No cohesiveness nothing. Suddenly your grandmother is still seeing a newspaper article and suddenly the characters around with no facial expressions whatsoever come around and she starts a story!!! I mean why? Where's the plot? Why man why make this one. Wanted to so much watch this but can't bear to move further...

Intension alone cannot tell the story you want to say, it need some choosing too. One that you can take and one that you have to ditch. The movie is a good watch with a talented star cast but is it a good story or a story at all? It's upto you but for me it is too much on the plate. Maybe this buffet would have been better with a lesser variety then I could have enjoyed my food and also enjoyed the taste. But hats off to trying to tell all these stories together, next time maybe ditch a bit for a lasting effect. Actual rating : 2.5 🌟

As promised by SRK, he did delivered. He said that his character is similar to the "Imp" from the Game of Thrones, so was it. Baua was kamina but also had a heart of gold. This has to be one of best technical movie out from Bollywood and I throughly enjoyed it. I laughed when janhapana was throwing money, cracking jokes and felt sad when he was insulted and wanted more of it. This has to be one of the best performance of SRK and Anushka. Kat was also great and Zeshan Ayub was the cherry on top of it. Read lot of reviews that the story was not not stiched together we'll I didn't find it so. What's wrong in the movie? It was great first half and emotional second half. People might not enjoy SRK dance like that putting a "gamcha" around. Doing antics like small town boy and ask questions what happened to him. Well he is experimenting. What's wrong in it. It's a character and when a star does it, no one is ready to take it?!!! I am glad that he did this and I encourage him to do more of this. Now is the time to transition to chracter and not Superstar...
