I love the show, very entertaining, love the format. The cooking by all the chefs, l learn alot. There is one thing that is irritating: Every show they do the Skilled Test, Which is fine but why oh why does Greg Wallace ask how long either Chef is giving them to complete the task when the answer is the same every time '20 minutes' Every show he asks the same question: WHY ???
