It just sucks man. The difference between this and BF1 from 2016 is just astonishing. The only way i can describe the gameplay is gutted. Nothing feels fun or works right. The snipers are dinky and don't have any drop off. anything full auto functions the exact same. Vehicles are all on warp speed and anti air/tank is few and far between. The story is super strange. The maps are totally empty feeling and lifeless, the UI is dated and cluttered while giving no good info. Assists and general point gain are the same size color and sound as kills, and worst of all there is just nothing fun for the community to do. It's telling and understandable that more people play BFV than this. It's on Game Pass and still isn't worth it, not even to mess around with friends in.

It's beyond words how fantastic this game is. I usually word dump to try to describe a game the best I can, but I can't. Like any game it had its moments, but unlike many others it had so much more positive going for it you can't help but put this in your top 10 games ever. Music, combat, visuals, story, everything... The devs have created a masterpiece.

I wanted to give it 2.5 stars but whatever. The game feels like a brain dump of ideas right now. Its in alpha so I didn't expect it to be perfect but every game is just confusing. The Ai squad mechanic is just not needed, and when you play with friends it doesn't let you play in the same squad. Its incredibly loud but footsteps are silent. The gunplay is almost together but there is no ammo resupply's that I could find. the matchmaking doesn't make much sense, i chose US on the Normandy landing and it gave me the axis in eastern Europe. Everything feels like it could work and its all so close to being ready but its just not there as of this post. If they make it less confusing it would be much better.
