Nonya beeswax

I really enjoyed the book. The characters felt three dimensional. Often time I read books and the characters don't quite seem real. The narration in many books, seem unreliable. However, in this book the narration and the characters seemed real. They're complicated faulted and wonderful. LOVED the perspective of the fig tree. I would have given it 5 stars but something was missing from the ending. I can't say what, but I was left with an inexplicable wanting. I even went back read the ending again, to see if I could find what I was longing for. Only, I was left disappointed.

Not my cup of tea. Couldn't relate to the main characters.
