Wendell Carlisle

I didn't get it. I was kind of falling asleep. I didn't understand anything that was going on. I thought there was supposed to be a continuing from the last movie but it's not. Some random guys, drug parents, ppl who I thought were gonna be a key part, died right in the beginning. Alot of years unaccounted for with so many questions left unanswered from begining to end. I'm still confused as to what the take away was and to what's actually important.
