honestly this is one if the most perfect family-friendly movies I have seen in a while. I don’t think I’ve smiled this much from a movie in years. yes, it’s corny and unrealistic in the royalty department but it’s very heart-warming and has a good message behind the characters and how one can always grow to be the change they want to see in the world. definitely recommend for those who need a breathe of fresh air away from modern reality.

I loved this movie so much. I’m a huge sci-fi fanatic and this movie takes the cake for one of the best alien movies ever. If any of you are planning on watching it, keep in mind that the moral of the story is that our human ambitions can lead to our destruction. The ending was perfect.

this movie absolutely amazing! the incredible CGI and the comedic factor really worked well to make this an enjoyable movie.

I'm sorry, but this movie was incredibly disappointing. It did not reflect what I had imagined from reading the books, and left out a lot of important characters! Do not watch this movie if you think it is an adaptation of the books. It's more of its own movie. Was especially disappointed with Meg, because she was not anything like how she is described to be in the books, and the acting was pretty bad. Wouldn't watch ever again.
