Buyer beware. If you try to back out you will not receive the 100% refund, which they will use to entice you. We negotiated a 100% refund, but when asked if they could put it in writing on the Zoom call my wife and I were told "no, we can't do that but this Zoom call is recorded, that's the agreement." Of course, since April we have requested a copy of said call only to be met with silence. Keeping 60% of what we paid when they didn't even edit 1 video is just outright fraud. So let's recap: no agreement ever sent to sign, when they belatedly sent one it was incorrect (but we had already told them we wanted a refund beforehand) with terms we never agreed to, like only 9 months of support vs the 1 year promised in the Zoom, no use of their services because within a few days we decided it wasn't going to work for us, and Passive Prospecting outright lies to Citibank, us, and likely you if you are foolish enough to give the scam artist con gang your money. Stay far away.
