Just watched this again, by far the best adaptation, Jane and Rochester couldn’t be any better, love it

Didn’t enjoy it as much as the first one, it skips too much from present to the past, the past being the better part, feels rather dated.

I was expecting a lot, it was ok movie but I didn’t care for any characters. The scenes in Sicily were my favourite part of the movie unfortunately it was mainly set in America and I found it rather boring, it would be much better if it was the other way round. For me nothing beats La Piovra, that’s a true gem.

I absolutely loved it. It was not what I expected in a good way. It’s clever, funny and the main characters have amazing chemistry. It’s just very different to other shows. Can’t wait for second series.

I know a lot of people love this movie but it was just such a struggle to watch till the end. It’s the most boring movie I ever watched. I really don’t get the good reviews it’s just so dull.

I didn’t expect to like it this much,but it’s so good. It feels different to other of similar genre, maybe because it’s German it just feels new, real and fresh to other too polished series. And I love the fact that even though James is good looking he can act and the fact that Ruby isn’t botoxed to perfection but is just a normal girl you can really relate too, it’s great.

It wasn’t so bad, I actually enjoyed it, it definitely wasn’t boring which some supposed to better movies are.

Pure escapism, loved it. All the characters are interesting.

Still not sure how I feel about it. For me it’s the best version of the book but Anne is just too plain and definitely not exquisite as quoted, I find it hard to believe that everyone would find her so lovely! The scene at the end is a total letdown, she must be soaking with sweat by the time she finds Wenthworth and the kiss is too awkward. I just feel there needs to be better adaptation then this.

For me the best version, Mathew McFaden my favourite Darcy. This movie is perfection. The scene at the the end with Lizzi’s father is the most emotional scene in any movie, makes me cry ever time when he says You really do love him …it’s so beautifully acted, I just love this movie so much ❤️
