The writing for this so-called comedy is an insult to whatever intelligence the American audience has left. With every line being delivered as though the actor was on a soapbox, it needs to be canceled quickly!

Dreadfully dull and slow. I ask why this drab lesson of life in torment was made? The smoking is terribly distracting and annoying. His life outside of his music wasn't that incredible.

I had not been familiar with the Kingsman movie series at all. Friends asked us to go see this and mentioned that it's a prequel. So, my husband and I watched the other two movies before going to see it. I have to say that it is NOTHING like the 2014 and 2017 Kingsman movies. I actually feel it can be seen without previously watching the others. This is a creatively woven story using important highlights of European history to reveal the origin of the Kingsman Organization. The actions scenes are sometimes like violent ballet and often realistically gruesome, but they don't feel gratuitous. Ralph Fiennes has been a favorite of mine for years, and he doesn't disappoint! I understand there are two more sequels in the works...I can't wait!

If you're looking for a mindless, slightly off-color teenage comedy adventure movie you've found one here. It totally reeks of Ben Stiller's comedy style, which at times is senseless and way over the top. The mood swings in the movie and occasional loss of momentum can leave you scratching your head, but then it takes off again. A fun movie that could have been better if it would have been tightened up and less stupid slapstick. It's good it's not any longer or I would have given up on it.

The only reason we sat through this entire movie was to see if it actually made any sense and the plot would go somewhere. Well, it didn't and this was such a waste of time and money for everyone involved! Don't even be curious...
