I don’t give bad reviews unless things are awful. I got sucked in by the ads and the onboarding process (all looked cool and useful in this new AI age). Once I started I put in my website to be able to get started and then it made me use their sales landing page. I still mistakenly put in $120 as a test to see what would happen using the destination as my website (which I don’t think works). When I reached out to customer service, I just got a broad scripted response that didn’t answer any of my questions. All ad spend (I’m talking about unused ad spend, as they make you out a deposit down to draw against) is non-refundable. Ok, that piece I can live with. I started getting notifications that “you got an order” it was a preorder form that I didn’t create, have no idea where it came from, nor could take action with. I canceled before my free trial was over to not get charged the $90 per month for the service. I put in an account deletion form, emailed customer service, emailed customer service again to not charge my card and delete my account (being prompted by my fraud service on my card declining their transaction), I reopened my card assuming the emails would make them stop trying to charge. They still charged again and then I got sent a “thanks for moving forward with us email”. I couldn’t be any less happy with this experience. I am constantly trying out new softwares and trends, and while I am disappointed a good amount of the time, they at least usually abide by requests and at least try to answer questions. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
