Not trying to compare, but with Flip or Flop, the focus was on house flipping. Tarek and Christina came in and assessed the house, communicated design and sale, etc. This show seems to focus on Tarek and Heather's personal life, marriage, baby etc. For her to be a real estate agent, she doesn't bring anything to the table as far as how to articulate design and what is needed to sell a house, at least it isn't shown or focused. In one episode, she didn't know what a crawl space was and in another, she didn't know that the holes in the floor were for footing and foundation. That was strange to me.
