When I first heard about this show coming to Disney + I was excited. But I’ll be honest, I stopped watching after seeing the first episode. It wasn’t what I expected and thought it wasn’t very good. As the season progressed, I saw a lot of people talking and writing about it. I didn’t read a lot of what was written. It seemed like fluff. But I figured I’d give it one more chance. I binged watched the next several episodes and really surprised at how good it was. I was hooked. The story finally made sense. And as the action picked up, the more invested I became. Now I can’t believe there’s only one more episode left! If the series isn’t picked up for another season, I’m not going to be happy. This experience showed me that sometimes you’ve gotta wade through things to get to the good stuff. I’ll probably be watching the season all over again just to see what I missed. Five stars from me.
