I knew as soon as I saw the first flooding scene that it was going to disappoint. I honestly expected to see a matchstick or rubber duck floating around the model of the flooding town. $146M budget ????? Someone was skimming hard. So so glad I didn’t see it at the movies instead stumbled across it on Prime.
