I wish negative 100 stars was an option. Netflix listed as #9 most watched in US, so I decided to give it a try. The show was disappointing. The vulgar language and innuendos was so unprofessional. I was hoping to see big real estate deals closed. Did colony have to flirt with every client? Why do black women have to be portrayed as loud mouth, oversexed vixens without a sense of decency? Rena was the only professional agent. How many times to Sharelle use the f-word? She can’t expect respect when it is not given.
What ever happened to the word open house during the selling process. They kept saying party. I noticed several of the NFL players didn’t want to be a part of the drama at the party. They were there to see the house.
The behavior in the restaurant was absolutely awful and a disgrace to the real estate profession…we can’t blame the producers. The agents didn’t have to act like thirsty alley cats looking to be let in someone’s back door. I fault Sharelle. She should have demanded respect and oversaw editing. I see her as nothing but a gold digger when she admitted to pursuing Chad.
Tampa appears to be a beautiful city, and the show has peaked my interest in visiting.
We don’t need a season two. I noticed on Allure website that new agents have been hired, and the ones on the show are not listed.
I’ll go back to binge watching Tarek and Christina, Property Brothers, Home Town , Sell this House, and all my other favorites on HGTV.
