Do not believe their 100% Fully refundable policy.
In my case, I purchased my ticket on 3/9/24 for a show on 3/23/24; which I have decided not to attend for personal reasons. I requested my refund on 3/22, and I was told I did not qualify for a refund. Additionally, I was told the following by Head of Customer service and I quote "If your show is more than 30 days away then tickets can be refunded. If your show is less than 30 days away, the refund policy has expired." Their Refund policy states on the site
" All tickets are 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of your event", As I understand it, as long as you cancel within a 30 day window prior to the event, you can get your refund.
So if her explanation for not providing me the $40 Refund is accurate, then I never actually QUALIFED FOR THE REFUND SINCE MY SHOW WAS NOT 30 DAYS AWAY BUT 14 DAYS.
clearly, their Refund policy listed on the site lacks transparency. It is not clear, and misleading. Terrible customer service. I should have known better, this event has a very bad review rating. Live and learn! Pay attention to reviews.
