Managers need more training. I made a complaint to Alex my waitress about not being able to substitute my two beers that I did not drink yet for a bucket only because she wrong it up already. I was never offer the bucket in the first place. But what is sad is that Marie and Jamie did not want to just add the two beers to my bucket. Said manager said No. what is more sad is to see the manager go to every table but mines to check on them. In my opinion she just did not want to deal with a hard question like the Why? I bought a bucket anyways because I knew my wife and I did enjoy the music so we wanted to stay. Being In customer service for Over 30 years I would not ever want to loose a customer over $8z
