I loved this book! I gotta be honest, it was a slow start for me. The first time I picked up the book I ended falling asleep, twice. I was worried that it wasn't going to be the book for me, but my friend kept encouraging me to carry on and follow through, promising it was worth it. After a few months of leaving it alone, I decided to pick it up again and re-read it from the beginning. I caught up again, and I stopped reading it for about two weeks. I hesitated to read it, I got to admit, but I had an easier time reading it and it felt more engaging. I like to take books with me when I travel, it makes the time pass by quicker for me, so I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to finally pick up and finish the book. I started reading the book as I waited to board the plane. I then picked it up again on my way back. Needless to say, before I got back to my final destination, I had finished the book. This book took me through a serious emotional roller-coaster! I'm really glad that I gave it the chance it deserved.
