If you enjoy hip-hop and gymnastics, you will enjoy this show. If back stories and crying are your thing, ditto. The camera director switches shots every 2-4 seconds, so that you have trouble following the overall performances. I love to watch good dancing. I have trouble finding it and watching it on this show. I see a lot more of it on So You Think You can Dance, and Dancing With the Stars.
